Paul Richardson (@TechboyUK) spent an evening building a work workflow: he enters a customer's current and target SAP system data into a requirements spreadsheet, and Grok Bot generates the documents. He says it will save days every month and cut human error. Not affiliated with xAI.

From one spreadsheet the bot produces a technical roadmap (PowerPoint and PDF), a project Gantt chart (Excel) and a project proposal (PowerPoint and PDF). He found the bot held the details better than his earlier attempt in another assistant, where small formatting edits made pricing calculations vanish.
