Living page: three Monday numbers, routine-refreshed, stay private
You still check the same three numbers by hand every Monday — or you stop checking at all.
نقطة الألم
@Ken_LinkWell notes Grok Bot can keep a report/memo/dashboard page up to date via a scheduled routine. Ten-minute try: ask for a page with the 3 numbers you check every Monday, say where each comes from, refresh an hour before you look, leave sharing private ("anyone with the link" means anyone). Tip only. Not affiliated with xAI.
ماذا تثبّت أو تنشئ
One private page → three sources → routine refresh before you look.

الروتينات
Refresh the living page about an hour before the usual look window.
النص التوجيهي
هذه نصيحة، وليست نصًا توجيهيًا للنظام يمكن لصقه. لم ينشر المؤلف نصًا. اتبع خطوات التشغيل الأول.
التشغيل الأول
- 1Read https://x.com/Ken_LinkWell/status/2115965466002805013 (credit @Ken_LinkWell).
- 2Ask your bot for a page with the 3 numbers you check every Monday.
- 3Tell it where each number comes from (sheet, analytics, CRM…).
- 4Set a routine to refresh the page about an hour before you look.
- 5Confirm sharing is private — never "anyone with the link" for internal numbers.
حاجز الموافقة
Keep sharing private; bot refreshes data, you still own decisions.
ما الذي تعدّله
Steal private living page + pre-look refresh. Charts beat another chat dump.
