Grok Bot keeps padding skills with extra examples until it slows and confuses itself.

Marina (@marinadgal) found Grok Bot automatically updates skills and often adds unnecessary info and examples. That slows it down and confuses it. Fix: ask it to give you the skill(s) it is using, then rewrite them. Tip only.
