Red Team bot outside the org chart: GO / CONDITIONS / NO-GO

Most bots help you move faster. The useful one sometimes exists to stop you.

نقطة الألم

iLloydski (@iLloydski) built a Red Team that sits outside the org chart. No send. No buy. No "sure, ship it." It red-teams every consequential decision — assumption maps, pre-mortems, competitor and customer attacks — then returns GO / GO WITH CONDITIONS / NO-GO with falsifiers. He built a company OS; Red Team is the part that will not cheerlead. Author-linked template: https://x.ai/bot/BBX-p-kOpanZEnczfh-cN — optional, not required. Method only; no invented system prompt beyond that description. Not affiliated with xAI.

ماذا تثبّت أو تنشئ

Seat Red Team outside the chart. No send, no buy. Every load-bearing call gets GO / CONDITIONS / NO-GO plus falsifiers. Optional author template at the x.ai/bot link.

النص التوجيهي

هذه نصيحة، وليست نصًا توجيهيًا للنظام يمكن لصقه. لم ينشر المؤلف نصًا. اتبع خطوات التشغيل الأول.

التشغيل الأول

  1. 1Read https://x.com/iLloydski/status/2100693699311129014. Optional author template: https://x.ai/bot/BBX-p-kOpanZEnczfh-cN — do not invent a system prompt.
  2. 2Create a Red Team seat outside your org chart. Ban send, buy, and "sure, ship it."
  3. 3Before a consequential decision, ask for assumption maps, a pre-mortem, and competitor/customer attacks.
  4. 4Require GO / GO WITH CONDITIONS / NO-GO plus falsifiers. Cheerleading is a miss.
  5. 5You decide. Red Team does not send, spend, or publish.

حاجز الموافقة

Red Team never sends, buys, or ships. It only returns a verdict. You still decide.

ما الذي تعدّله

Steal outside-the-chart + no-cheerlead + GO / CONDITIONS / NO-GO with falsifiers.
