One-page job brief: sentence, reader, three lanes
Bots with a long prompt and no job drift into six half-done things.
نقطة الألم
ShareGrokBots published a six-part one-page brief: one-sentence job, who reads where, Do/Ask-first/Never lanes, inputs, definition of done, and how you will judge it. Write it in ten minutes; if you cannot say the job in one sentence, it is two bots. Not affiliated with xAI.
ماذا تثبّت أو تنشئ
Rewrite each bot's brief from the six parts. Split bots that fail the one-sentence test.

- 2Pick one drifting bot.
- 3Write the six parts: one-sentence job, reader/place, Do/Ask/Never, inputs, done-when, how you judge.
- 4If the sentence fails, split into two bots before adding connectors.
- 5Paste the brief at the top of the bot and run one task that must hit Ask-first.
