Ben Truong (@bentruong) published Neon Director, a Grok Bot film crew that turns an idea into a short narrative film while you approve each step. 1) Pitch: a one-page act brief, script, and shot list you approve in text before anything is generated. 2) Lock: character costume anchors written word-for-word into every prompt plus identity checks. 3) Generate: stills, then 6-second Grok Imagine clips at 720p, a hard cap per act; if a shot fails twice, redesign instead of regenerating. 4) Edit: ffmpeg assembly, voice, licensed music, sound effects, HUD overlays. 5) Self-check: pacing, loudness, timing, sharpness, character consistency, as short text results. 6) Deliver: a 720p rough cut, one round of notes, then a 1080p final to Google Drive. Not affiliated with xAI.
