- 3Put rules at the top: new entries at the bottom; each starts with date/time/who; mark QUESTION FOR <name>; mark answers DONE; never put passwords, cards, or PINs.
- 4Tell each assistant the Doc exists and to check it.
- 5Have them do one handoff listing what each owns so nothing is done twice; you still approve sends/pays.
