From a meal chat to a printed plan and a three-way grocery sort
Meal planning means a recipe app, a shopping app, a list app — and still forgetting things.
نقطة الألم
SpaceBob (@bob161610) has one Grok Bot run his whole meal workflow, from ideas he chats about with Grok to a printed plan on Thursday morning. His point: drop the extra apps. Not affiliated with xAI.
ماذا تثبّت أو تنشئ
He chats with Grok about new meals and feeds that into his bot, which turns them into recipes and a plan for next week. It sorts ingredients three ways: fresh meat and produce for the farmers market, items to order on Amazon (it fills the cart and orders), and the rest on a grocery list for the supermarket. Thursday morning it prints the recipes and plan, sends the list to Apple Notes, and shares it with his wife.

النص التوجيهي
هذه نصيحة، وليست نصًا توجيهيًا للنظام يمكن لصقه. لم ينشر المؤلف نصًا. اتبع خطوات التشغيل الأول.
التشغيل الأول
- 1Read https://x.com/bob161610/status/2107547083704041884 (credit @bob161610).
- 2Chat about next week's meals (in Grok or with the bot) and ask the bot to turn them into recipes and a plan.
- 3Tell it to sort ingredients by where you buy them: fresh market, online order, store list.
- 4For the online part, have it fill the cart and stop for you to check out.
- 5Add a weekly routine to print the plan and share the store list with your household.
حاجز الموافقة
In his setup the bot places the Amazon order itself. Start with “fill the cart, I check out” and set a budget before letting it order on its own.
ما الذي تعدّله
Sort by where you'll actually buy it — that's what turns a recipe into a shopping trip.
