Inbox triage + X intern feed one Librarian bot that files everything
Good items from email and X bookmarks get seen once and then lost.
نقطة الألم
Yin Lai (@darkart) shared his most-used bots: Inbox triage sorts two Gmail accounts three times a day (he rarely opens Gmail now), X Intern syncs bookmarks daily and passes items on, and Librarian keeps and surfaces what both send, with a searchable live page he plans to publish. He also uses a CoS bot and @poteto's Dr Eggbot to create new bots. Not affiliated with xAI.
ماذا تثبّت أو تنشئ
Split intake from storage. Two intake bots (email triage, X bookmarks) hand items to one Librarian that files them and finds them again on request.

التشغيل الأول
- 1Read https://x.com/darkart/status/2106900398112137671 (credit @darkart).
- 2Create a Librarian bot whose only job is to file items it receives and find them again when asked.
- 3Create an Inbox triage bot with Gmail connected (each account) and a routine three times a day that sorts mail and sends keepers to Librarian.
- 4Create an X Intern bot with X connected and a daily routine that syncs your bookmarks and sends them to Librarian.
- 5After a week, ask Librarian for something you saved and tighten the filing rules.
حاجز الموافقة
Triage sorts and labels; it doesn't reply, delete, or unsubscribe without your OK.
ما الذي تعدّله
Steal the role split and the 3x-a-day triage schedule. One place to ask “where was that thing?”
