Do not give inbox send yet — earn trust rung by rung
Full inbox + send on day one is how bots burn trust (and deals).
نقطة الألم
GrokBotRadar (@GrokBotRadar) retells Alex Finn's ladder (credit @AlexFinn / @calum_johnson9): (1) Read only — 8am report on legit vs not, what needs you; (2) Drafts only for a few days; (3) Top 3 morning picks; (4) Load past emails into memory if tone is off; (5) Then "I trust you." Steal rung 1 tonight with the quoted morning report prompt. Not affiliated with xAI.
ماذا تثبّت أو تنشئ
Rung 1 read-only report → drafts → top 3 → memory tone → then send. Promote only when earned.

النص التوجيهي
Morning legit-sender report (author-quoted)
Quoted from @GrokBotRadar — as published. Do not invent a second system prompt.
Every morning at 8am, send me a report on my new emails: who looks legit, who doesn't, and what needs me. Don't reply to or send anything.
التشغيل الأول

- 2Connect Gmail read access only.
- 3Paste the rung-1 prompt as an 8am routine — report only, never reply/send.
- 4After a few mornings, allow drafts; then top-3; fix tone with sent-mail memory if needed.
- 5Promote to limited send only when you would trust a junior assistant.
حاجز الموافقة
No replies or sends until you explicitly promote past drafts.
