belevy (@ibelevy) built Haus Hunter because Zillow-style filters can’t express real rules: e.g. 1 bed only if 1.5+ baths, else 2 bed 2 bath; walk-to-beach proximity can raise budget up to $1,000; community pool OR freestanding bathtub. Many features live only in photos (carpet in bathroom in photo 15). “15 min commute” isn’t enough — they need Wednesday 5:40pm with traffic — and 2AM crime reality beats amenity lists.
