Most of the day they measure, alert, and stage what he must decide or activate. Mondays: each agent refreshes its OKRs and posts a summary to that team's Slack. After OKR meetings, another bot reads transcripts, writes team to-dos, and posts back to the same OKR channels. A quiet insights channel: speak only when something is off. Data lives in BigQuery; Notion is the knowledge base and meeting recorder; a 2-minute brief lands before each meeting. He still approves most actions.
