CEO bot + lane specialists; nothing ships without you
Every chat tries to do every job — and invents who to contact next.
نقطة الألم
Omar (@notomarsol) runs the company through Grok Bot with a clear org: one CEO bot owns the plan and hands work out; specialist bots only do their lane (research, drafts, content, outbound); each bot gets one clear job; nothing gets sent, posted, or spent until he approves. Research must not invent contacts; writing must not change strategy mid-draft; CEO must not sound busy while nobody finished the task.
ماذا تثبّت أو تنشئ
Four rules posted by the author. Wire approval on every send/post/spend. Keep lanes hard so specialists cannot steal strategy.
