Prospect booking: vary proposed times so two people can’t double-book
A bot that proposes the same open slots to every prospect invites double-books.
نقطة الألم
Matt (@mattceras) shared a booking flow: check calendar availability → propose times → prospect picks → Grok Bot books the invite itself and tells the prospect an invite was sent. The trick: vary proposed times per prospect so nobody can pick the same slots and double-book. Tip only — calendar plugin optional. Not affiliated with xAI.
ماذا تثبّت أو تنشئ
Availability → varied proposals → pick → bot books + confirms. Never reuse the same three slots for two open threads.

النص التوجيهي
هذه نصيحة، وليست نصًا توجيهيًا للنظام يمكن لصقه. لم ينشر المؤلف نصًا. اتبع خطوات التشغيل الأول.
التشغيل الأول
- 1Read https://x.com/mattceras/status/2103197320896545226 for Matt’s availability → propose → pick → book flow.
- 2Connect a calendar plugin (optional) so the bot can read free/busy.
- 3For each open prospect thread, have the bot propose a distinct set of times — do not reuse the same three slots across people.
- 4When the prospect picks, let the bot create the invite and reply that it was sent — behind your approval if you prefer.
- 5Track offered slot sets until the thread closes so two prospects cannot collide.
حاجز الموافقة
Calendar writes and outbound confirms still need your standing yes or an Approve gate.
ما الذي تعدّله
Steal “vary proposed times per prospect.” Same open calendar + same offers = collision risk.
