Eleven plain-language tips for shipping an app with a Grok Bot team
Non-developers get stuck when every guide assumes a code editor and jargon.
نقطة الألم
@BakhytzhanIbra1 shipped llmbattle.tech with a Grok Bot team and wrote 11 plain-language tips: team not one bot, connect only needed tools, shared wiki brain, PM bot, day-one rules, plan before code, cost caps, basic security, preview-before-live, second-bot QA, and know when to stop. Mistakes included empty cards and an honest "about every 6 hours" freshness line. Not affiliated with xAI.
ماذا تثبّت أو تنشئ
Team roles → shared brain → rules → plan → ship with previews + second-bot checks.
الروبوتات
Ideator
Argues with ideas before anything is built.
Super Dev
Plans coding work, hands off to coding agents, checks results.
Vibe Check
Tests the app like a first-time user before release.
Project Manager
Keeps the plan and next step across bots.

النص التوجيهي
هذه نصيحة، وليست نصًا توجيهيًا للنظام يمكن لصقه. لم ينشر المؤلف نصًا. اتبع خطوات التشغيل الأول.
التشغيل الأول
- 1Read https://x.com/BakhytzhanIbra1/status/2113385708643873251 and the Article (credit @BakhytzhanIbra1).
- 2Create named bots with one job each (ideator, builder, tester, PM) and a shared wiki brain.
- 3Write day-one team rules: bots draft, you approve; plain language; no secrets in chat.
- 4Plan data, hosting cost, and APIs before any coding sprint.
- 5Ship behind previews; run a separate Vibe Check bot before and after launch.
حاجز الموافقة
Bots draft; you approve posts, spends, and live changes.
ما الذي تعدّله
Steal tip 10: the builder bot won't see its own mistakes — use a different bot to check.
