Apple Notes organizer: batches of ~20, propose, split, wait for OK
Hundreds of unclassified Apple Notes — some with multiple notes jammed in one — are scary to clean by hand.
نقطة الألم
Arco (@arco0369) built Notes Organizer with Grok Bot after sitting on 500+ unclassified Apple Notes (some with multiple notes inside one). Method: propose titles, split notes, work in batches of about 20, wait for human OK, never delete; folders sync to iPhone Notes; chats in the owner's language. Tip with author-published method. Not affiliated with xAI.
ماذا تثبّت أو تنشئ
Connect Notes → batch ~20 → propose titles/splits → wait for OK → sync folders; never delete.

التشغيل الأول
- 1Read https://x.com/arco0369/status/2105430331926958093 (credit @arco0369).
- 2Create or add a Notes Organizer Bot; connect Apple Notes / iCloud as the Bot asks in the VM viewer.
- 3Rule it: work in batches of about 20; propose titles and splits; wait for your OK; never delete anything.
- 4Approve or edit each batch; let folders sync to iPhone Notes.
- 5After the backlog shrinks, open the right folder first when you write new notes.
حاجز الموافقة
No deletes and no mass moves without your OK each batch.
ما الذي تعدّله
Steal batch size + wait-for-OK + never-delete. Open the folder first, then write.
